What a good stay! The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful Cala Millor beach with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were really good-always friendly, providing excellent service. The food was fantastic, with varied options and delicious flavors.

Wished for more English TV channels.

The place itself is unfortunately not so good

I enjoyed this fantastic and pretty hotel in the centre of the city. The location was magnificent and perfect, in the middle of the city, convenient to go everywhere. There was Tia Jass Restaurant next to the property.

Fine Views and Wonderful Staff

I had an very nice time, especially waking up to amazing ocean views from my room every morning. The staff was attentive throughout my stay. The evening buffet was always a highlight with several delicious options each night, though I wished breakfast could have offered more variety. I would love to return for another relaxing getaway.

The room boasted a fantastic sea view. The location directly across from the beach set a perfect scene for relaxation.

The air conditioner in the room failed to run properly despite multiple reports, and the hotel management seemed slow to address the issue. The dining area suffered from discomfort at high temperatures, especially with the service often lacking promptness to replenish dishes. The hallways had a lingering unpleasant smell that detracted from the overall experience.

We liked perfectly clean rooms and delightful food.

The hotel was reasonably clean and the location was particularly good and magnificent in the middle of the city. The breakfasts were great, always with lots of meals. The staff was helpful and created quiet atmosphere. The service was exceptional, that made the property pretty place.

The food (especially in the evening) becomes monotonous over time. No food outside possible. Few seafood (there was always fish. However few mussels, crab etc.). Bicycle rental: I find 9 Euro per day too high

I almost thought the airy lobby might make up for the dreadful indoor pool with poor ventilation, but it didn't. The limited dinner options before 9 PM were clearly disappointing as well. To top it off, i would've much appreciated a room upgrade for my troubles, but i guess special treatment is just for them, huh?

Great and varied breakfast buffet, great dinner and nice staff. The location of the hotel is unbeatable: you can get everywhere on foot and it's is also right at the beach.

Everywhere the same picture: noisy German holidaymakers, who already occupy several sunbeds in the early morning and then partly do not show up at all. I did not visit the pool, as in front of the hotel there is a very beautiful, long sandy beach.

great experience but some areas need attention

The sea view from my Twin Room was amazing. The staff were attentive and friendly, consistently making my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the diverse dining options, with the breakfast offering a nice range of fresh choices. Waking up to the sea view every morning added immense value to my stay.

A top hotel in a top location directly on the beach only separated from the promenade with indoor and outdoor pool, no crying of children. I'd add half board, anyway. Most rooms have balconies overlooking the sea, parking is actually free right next to the hotel.
